COVID-19 is a respiratory illness that can be spread between two individuals, especially between individuals who are physically near each other. Individuals who are infected but do not show symptoms are also able to spread the virus.

The risk of catching Covid-19 can be higher in certain locations and when doing certain activities. Covid-19 is spread by airborne transmission, close contact through droplets, and also on surfaces. It is possible to be infected by another individual even though you have not had close contact with that individual, especially when you are in a crowded or poorly ventilated space.

Should you experience any symptoms of Covid-19 then it is highly encouraged that you arrange to take a PCR Test as soon as possible. If you get a positive test result then you should stay at home and self isolate immediately.

Implementing the correct guidelines for businesses may help to prevent possible workplace exposures.
